On the evening of October 29, 2008, Women United in Philanthropy had the privilege of being honored by 55 Kip Center and inducted into its Hall of Fame.  Our grant has helped 55 Kip Center exceed their expectations in delivering to senior women in their community and in the recruitment of volunteers to help them meet the growing needs of seniors.

In the spirit of the upcoming holidays and to continue our support for 55 Kip Center, Women United in Philanthropy will be participating in Kip’s Festival of Trees and Wreaths. Jennifer Natale created a wreath on our behalf. The name of our wreath is Women United.  Thank you Jennifer for putting together a lovely wreath.

WUiP members are invited to visit the festival when all the trees and wreaths are on display – November 11 through December 13.  The address and phone number for 55 Kip Center can be found below. Everything will be raffled off on December 13th.  Tickets for the raffle are priced accordingly, 10 for $5 or 25 for $10.
